The Head of the English Department at the College of Basic Education, Mr. Rif’at Salman Saleh, participated in a two-day training course on Sunday and Monday, October 5–6, 2025, entitled “College English Heads of Department Training.”

 

The course was organized jointly by the Ministries of Higher Education of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, in coordination with the British Council, and held in Baghdad.
